 Hello Chorale Friends,

I wanted to thank you all for a great concert this past Sunday at Good
Life in Mesa. There were over 500 in attendance, and they seemed enjoy
the concert very much. When we arrived prior ot the concert, the room
was already filling up. I realize that, because of the room acoustics,
it may not have sounded strong from your vantage point, but the sound
was very nice. I was impressed with your singing, and lots of folks
said the same. Ethan did a good job and the soloists sounded great too.
Dennis, our host, and the pastor of their chapel services, was very
supportive and great to work with. Overall, it was a very exciting
concert. Thanks to everyone who was able to participate.

One lady said, 'It sure is nice to see a group of singers who look like
they believe what they're singing.' Many commented on your enthusiasm
and smiles as well as the good sound. Several asked about some of the
songs so that they could use them in their churches, living Nativity
programs, and prison ministry. There were several with tears during
Written in Red. Even though the room is quite large, several commented
about how much they enjoyed having you sing in the aisles close to the
audience.

Their activity director has already booked us for next January.

See you tonight. We will work to learn several new songs tonight, so I
hope to see you all.

Bruce

PS: If you're ill or have other conflicts for rehearsal tonight, please
let me know. Thanks.

Quote for the day:

"Begin it Now"
Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back,
always ineffectiveness.
Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one
elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless
ideas and splendid plans:
That the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves
too. --Goethe
