[EastValleyChoraleMaillist] Seating, etc

Hello Chorale,

 

Remember rehearsal this Saturday from 9:30-11:30.  If some of the men
can arrive 20-30 minutes early to help set up chairs, sound system, and
make last-minute adjustments, I would appreciate it.  4700 E Main Street
at Mesa Regal RV Park. We rehearse in Royal Hall.

 

Here's my estimate for rehearsal and concert (the second chart)
seating.

If you're missing, please let me know....it's not intentional :-)  If
your name is in parenthesis for rehearsal, I know you will not be
present.

 

For the rehearsal, the stage is very narrow, so we will have two rows on
stage....only one row for the concert.  Try to move chairs around so
everyone can see.

 

Thanks for your cooperation and flexibility.  Should be a very nice
concert (and rehearsal).   Be sure to make the orchestra members
welcome.
