[EastValleyChoraleMaillist] Chorale Christmas Party and concert reminders

Chorale Christmas Party:
Our Christmas (potluck) Party will be this coming Tuesday, Dec. 15th.
If you can, try to arrive starting at 6:30, so we can get the food put on the tables, etc.  (We'll probably eat closer to 7, so if you cannot get off work early, please do come when you can.)
 If you have not signed up to come and wish to do so, please contact Yvonne Olson at 480-926-0320 to bring food and a count for you and your guest for seating. 
Please bring a serving spoon for your food, and a warming tray if you have one. 
We will be meeting at Crossroads in the Ministry Center…where we typically rehearse.
If a few of you could volunteer to help clean up afterwards, I would greatly appreciate it.  Frequently, Kathy, Yvonne, Peggy, and I are sort of lonely as we take out the garbage, clean up the tables, etc….yeah, I know, poor me :-(

It should be a great time of food, fellowship and fun.

PS: You all sounded great at rehearsal Tuesday night. It's unfortunate that you cannot hear what the audience hears…it's quite lovely.

Reminders: Please avoid perfume and cologne for the concert (deodorant and breath mints are appreciated).
