[EastValleyChoraleMaillist] Prayer Request

Hello Chorale,

 

Dorothy Baderman called today (her email is down) to request prayer for her
husband Al. (Dorothy and Al have sung alto and tenor, respectively, with the
Chorale for nearly 10 years.they usually sit on the back row in the center
during rehearsal.)

 

About a week ago Al began having difficulty with speech. They were at
rehearsal this past Tuesday, but Dorothy mentioned that Al was having some
difficulty and might not attend the concert.  It turned out that they were
suspecting that he may have had a small stroke.  After visiting a doctor and
having an MRI, they found that Al has a 1-inch mass on the left side of his
brain.  They were a bit disappointed that the doctor waited a several days
to report these findings, but Al is scheduled to see the Neurosurgeon on
Monday to determine the next steps.

 

Please pray for: peace for the Badermans and their family, for healing for
Al, and for wisdom and accuracy for the doctors.  Our God is mighty God who
is capable of healing and can provide peace in the midst of every stressful
situation. Let's all pray in faith expecting to hear an encouraging answer
to this request.
