[EastValleyChoraleMaillist] Info about tonight's rehearsal, concert order, etc

Chorale Singers,

Hope you're all healthy and excited about our rehearsal with the
orchestra tonight. It should be a great rehearsal.  We should be able to
get through all the songs by 9:00.

Here is the order for the concert...we'll go through the songs in this
order tonight.

Also, I've included an estimate of our standing order on the risers. It
would greatly help me if you stand where I placed you on the risers.  If
you move to alternative locations, everyone else gets confused.  There
is a "method in my madness."   I may move some folks if I'm unable to
see your smiling faces.

Note: This order will probably change some on Sunday because some will
be absent tonight, some will be present tonight...but absent Sunday,
etc., so please don't be alarmed if you're in a slightly different place
on Sunday.

If I accidentally omitted your name, please forgive me....it was not
intentional.  After leaving Mae off the seating chart for past 3-5
weeks, I finally fixed that :) 

Reminders: 
1) Wear comfortable shoes/clothes ...since there are no chairs on the
risers on stage.
2) Please avoid using cologne, perfume, garlic, smoke, etc. Some folks
are seriously allergic to smoke and some perfumes, etc.  Deodorant &
mints are encouraged.
3) Please keep your talking between songs to a minimum.

When you arrive, please get any music you might not have, put your music
in order. Men: get your tie if you've not done so yet. Ladies: you  need
to see Patti K. to get your corsage...and remember to bring it Sunday.

PS: If you're planning to attend the Chorale party next Tuesday
(starting at 6:30), but are unable to bring any food items, you could
make a donation to help cover the costs of paper goods, table cloths,
cleaning fees, etc.  There will be a basket next week for donations.
