Good morning Chorale,

What a great rehearsal last night. Thanks to everyone for sharing your
talent and enthusiasm.

We've obtained permission from the church staff to hand out fliers at
Crossroads Nazarene this Sunday regarding our concert on the 14th.  We
can hand them out before and after the first service.  We did that last
year and I think it really helped to remind the folks to come.  The
concert will be in the worship bulletin, and will be on the on-line
bulletin board from Crossroads.

NOTE: We are not to stand at the doors into the actual sanctuary, but we
can be in the courtyard, ramada, and I think in the foyer.  The church
staff has requested that we not 'hover' at the doors as folks go in to
worship...sometimes that can be a little overwhelming as people are
preparing to worship.   

Would several of you be willing to volunteer to distribute the fliers as
follows:
1) 4-5 folks prior to first service (from 8:30-9:00)

2) 4-5 folks after first/before second service (maybe 10:00-10:30).

If so, please let me know by email or phone(480-833-8056) . I'll have
the fliers ready to hand out beginning at 8:30.  

Guidelines:  Smile, be nice, don't be pushy or too aggressive, but try
to hand as many as possible.  Encourage folks to take fliers to hand to
neighbors, friends, etc. You could mention that we'll have an orchestra
and about 75 singers.  Kids are welcome too...they seemed to enjoy the
program last year.


Other suggestions:  Take some fliers to your Sunday school classes/Bible
study groups, etc.
