Ethan
Rutter has been playing the piano since he was a teen. He joined the East Valley
Chorale in the summer of 2008. Prior
to joining the chorale, he accompanied choirs and participated in various areas
of music ministry at his former churches. He loves the challenge of learning a
new song and figuring out ways to add energy to a piece of music. One
of his sweetest moments since playing for the chorale came when he heard a little
elderly lady sitting near him at one of their concerts at an adult community start
singing along on the familiar hymn, "How Great Thou Art". He considers
it a joy and honor to be a part of the ministry of the chorale and loves to connect
God to people through music. When
he's not playing the piano, Ethan is working at ST Microelectronics as a software
engineer or he is enjoying time with his family. His other joys in life include
riding motorcycles and cooking. He is married to Tracey and together they have
2 children, Wade and Kandace. He is a member of Central Christian Church of the
East Valley. |
